For too long, I did NOT like who I was. In fact I really despised who I was. Brene Brown’s quote really struck a nerve with me and allowed me to start thinking about the possibility of really loving myself.

How do you even start to like yourself I would think, let alone love yourself. Thankfully, I found an incredible Coach who helped me clear up a lot of the negativity that was taking up space in my brain and draining my energy.
